Would this diet work?

You shouldn't have a side item as a meal. Breakfast, porridge is good, but have some fruit instead of the splenda, bananas are good, so are apples and some cinnamon. Lunch, the wrap is good, but have some meat in there, like chicken or turkey or beef. Dinner have some meat with rice and veggies. Snacks the fruits and veggies are fine. Drinks have diet soda once or twice a week, your main drink should be water.
