What meal plan would you recommend?

starving yourself is only going to slow down your metabolism...youre better off eating 3 square meals and snacking in between as well. eat the right stuff and exercise and you will lose weight. check out the south beach diet. very good diet plan that actually works. products for weight loss are not nearly as healthy as changing the way your body absorbs and stores sugars.
