Are there any Asians out there who?

I don't see why Orientals find the term Oriental offensive. I've heard it's because Oriental is used to refer to objects instead of people, but if were Asian (of any kind), I personally wouldn't like to be grouped together with billions of other people whom I have nothing in common with besides originating from the same continent.
