Did i eat well today, trying to eat healthy..NOT DIET!!?

what you ate is ok... but the calories are a little high for the amount of food you had. 1550 is not a lot but you did not have all that much amount wise of food. and you should eat veggies for a balanced diet. You have a lot of yoghurt which could be replaced with something more nutritional. If you dont like veggies put a little sauce on it to cover the taste. to be a healthy weight you should be a little closer to 140 (120 is low 140 is target and 160 is high). But you are not fat at all.
