If this ammount or type of food doesn't usually cause you to vomit, then it is ok. With vomiting, usually dry food is recommended, i.e. toast, cookies, and nuts (especially almond). But, it is individual thing, so, what ever works best for you, it is ok. Just until you don't eat foods that could possibly cause miscarriage: some types of chesse, raw or undercooked meat, etc.
