How much protein do I need to take to gain lean muscle?

My daily diet consists of a bowl of porridge, 2 kiwis, 2 bananas for breakfast, whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce for lunch, 2 chicken fillets/ 2 pieces of fish/ piece of steak, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower for dinner, 2 slices of whole grain bread with 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg for supper. I am 6 foot, 176 lbs, slim build and dont want to get really big, just lean.
