Eating too little but not losing weight?? HELP Please?? diet plan?

This is going to sound really counter intuitive, but eat more. When you don't eat enough, your body does everything it can to hold on to as much energy as possible, because it thinks it's going to starve otherwise. It's an issue with metabolism. You should eat at least 1500 calories a day. What your eating might have an effect too. Don't eat porridge in the morning. Too many carbs. Unless you're going to eat breakfast and then go work out right away, opt for a high protein and fat meal, rather than high carb.
