Is this a good toning workout?

Excellent exercise routine, but as for the beef meatballs and spaghetti; forget it. lt's high in saturated fats and too much carbs. lf you want to replenish your energy levels after a workout, eat complex carbs such as brown pasta or rice with lots of chicken, or steamed vegetable with tuna/salmon.
