I don't have fat, I just want to lose water weight?
I want to lose 20kg of water weight. I am currently 138 pounds and want to get down to 118 pounds. I run every morning or jog every morning for an hour before breakfast, and have some porridge [150 calories] and skip lunch, and have some servings of vegetables for dinner [approx 100 calories]. I feel fine, and only eat when I am hungry. As you know by now I burn more calories than I consume. So my question is, will I, or could I lose 20 pounds [NOT FAT just water weight] by the end of the month? If not, how much do you reckon I might lose? Without the lectures please, I want answers NOT lectures!
