Is this a good diet to have for working out ?

okaaaaayy, you need fibre to help you digest more, try some beens and soup in there somewhere. wheat breakfasts and brown bread toast with a good spread. eat healthy snacks between each meal so that your body doesnt get hungry as this will slow down your metabolism. add fruit and veg for your snacks and drink plenty of water. eat low fat yogurt also, you need a bit of fat and calcium too :)
