Am i fat? :/ please be completely honest, and give me feedback on what to do if im just untoned?

I'd say you're the perfect weight for your height, even a little on the light side. And if you continue doing that routine regularly you might even want to start upping your calories (you're burning A LOT during that routine and you wont develop muscle if you cant fuel it) and working more on the nutrient content of your meals.
