I eat oats (porridge) when I am bulking trying too gain weight. They contain huge amounts of calories. Its more about lifestyle changes that diet and exercise to be honest. You are far more likly to succeed in the long term. You should get your fat % checked and aim too loose fat not weight as weight goes up and down all the time, Most bodybuilders with low fat are classed as being obese acccording to there bmi.
