Is my daily diet healthy?

You are a very wise person. l decided to eat healthy and exercise after my uncle had a heart attack last year, it scared me as he was quite a big person so l began exercising and eating healthy and although it is hard, l love it because l am treating my body the way it should be treated. lt's good that you are alternating as it encourages you to stick with it more. Do you mix in exercises? Overall; exercise and a healthy diet with lots of water is the best thing to do! l would add some healthy fats and lots of protein, such as lean meat, chicken and avocados.
