How to loose 0.5kg each week,for a teen? (or more if possible)?

im 14 and a girl, 130.07 lb (59kg) and 5.44ft (166cm). im planning to loose 6/10kgs relativly soon (few months). how do i loose 0.5kg or more a week? i dont want the answer- diet and excercise cause i know thats what it takes i need things a tad more specific. how much consistent excercise am i going to have to o a day?. and examples/experiences would help to :) im doing at least 40 mins a day but not consistent in groups of 10-15mins about 4 times a day im not sure if thats enough though, and im not sure about eating habbits im just eating fruit, sandwiches, just right or porridge for breaky and scones in smaller meals and not over filling myself? sorry to carry on please help, ill give the answer i like best 5 star rating
