I got my tourist visa refused for Morocco.?

I got my tourist visa refused for Morocco. I am a Pakistani living in Norway. Embassy cannot tell me reason because decision makes in Morocco dont tell them a reason either. Does anyone know with whom I can contact in Morocco to find out the reason for this?
