Ethnic differences between Pakistanis and Indians?

What are the ethnic differences, I hear Pakistan has more Persian, Turkic and Moghul, kashmiri genetic make up than india due to Pushton, and and Punjabi influence which is MUCH MUCH less prominent in India like pushton isnt at all significant in india. ie. >12000, and pushtons in Pakistan 35 million is this why both nationalities look quite different, like if you saw a crowd in Delhi and a crowd in Islamabad you would know just by face appearances which was Indian and which is Pakistani, I want to know the ethnic differences?
