What truck a f150 or a silverado?

Hey everyone I want to ge a full size truck but I don't know which one is better for gas miliage and just more dependable, I want to get a 1993 up to a 1996. Its gonna be a 4x4. So what are your guys opinions on theses two trucks thanks for the help
