This is what I ate today, is it to much?

Probably, but it depends upon your activity level too. If you sit around all day, then it for sure is too much. If you are very active, then it is not enough. But it is a lot. Have the porridge or yogurt, but not both. Or a small bowl of yogurt mixed with uncooked oats and fruit. You ate a lot of sandwiches today. You only need one for lunch. Have some fruit, yogurt, or cut veggies with it to round out your meal. For snacks, have just sliced apple with peanut butter to cut back on carbs and calories if you are concerned about gaining weight.
