I'm living on porridge, veggie soup and tea. Is this healthy and sustainable?

I spent about a week eating one can of soup a day, now i've incorporated porridge in the morning and have been doing that for just over a week. I drink huge amounts of water as well as several cups of tea every day. I feel really healthy for it, but i'm concerned about possible long term negative effects.
