How to improve truck's air intake?

waste of time waste of money , the federal regulations are so tight that if a device gave more power or better mileage EVERY company would fit them, cold air intakes USED to work on 70s and 80s carbureted cars and trucks but don't work at all on injection engines or most diesels, if you don't believe me get a dyno reading , fit a cold air device and get another dyno reading and you will have wasted $300 the cold air makers know you won't do that
