How many grammes of each of the following would you give to your 3 year old child?

the chicken, cereal and soup are important so more of this should be given to the child in proportion to the others. Veggies should be the group that child should be given more of , then fruits. The other carbohydrates should be given as a side dish and in smaller portions in relation to the more nutritious and important food groups. Give the child the good foods first.
