Did i eat healthy today?

Yes, this is a good plan meal for a day-to-day diet (or a healthy life style) really, you could eat anything you desire but to eat small portions of it. If you are trying to loose weight try getting a treadmill or walking to loose the thighs but try situps to loose the stomach fat, and pull ups to gain muscle. Hope this helps!
