Baby daily diet - is this about right?

I had a baby born early. He is now 9 and a half months, but should have been born later making him really only 7 and a half. I'm wondering if what he's eating is typically what a 7 month old would be eating or a 9 month old? Here is what he ate today: Breakfast - 3 tablespoons of porridge oats mixed with 100ml formula and a small banana mixed in(he left 7 teaspoonfuls). Lunch - 1 piece of cod, 1 medium potato and 2 handfuls of spinach mixed with formula and water to puree. 1 fromage frais. He ate everything. He also drank some baby apple juice. Dinner - 1 sachet of Ellas Kitchen baby food (7 months) of which he ate all, and some pureed pear with baby rice (he didn't eat a lot of the pudding - just a few teaspoonfuls). He also had some apple juice. Offered rice cake as finger food but wasn't interested. He also had 2 7oz bottles and three quarters of another 7 oz bottle.

What is Semolina Exactly?

Does it contain starch or is it starch or what? Because I'm on a No-Starch diet and was wondering if I can eat Taystee Wheat porridge and this cereal's only ingredient is Semolina.

Would ladder racks be able to be removed from a truck bed?

I've been looking into buying an older work truck lately, and I found a decent little work truck for the ranch, but its got ladder racks. It looks like the ladder racks were added on after they purchased the truck, so in that case, would they be able to be removed?

I am military and have been dealing with pain from two bulging discs in my lower back since Easter.?

First it started with a numb leg with sharp shooting pains and tingling and pain, then my foot started hurting when input pressure on it, the military sent me to a neurologist that said I have meragia prosthetica which is associated with obesity (I'm 110 lbs) pregnancy and diabetes which I don't have and sent mr for an MRI. MRI showed slight bulge in l4 l5 and l5 s1 which wasn't significant enough to do anything about. Since then it's gotten so much worse my back is killing me feels like a truck has ran over me. They next sent me to pain mngmnt which said he couldn't diagnose me and that I needed a full neurological work up so I went back to base and they out in a referral to a teaching hospital which needed two weeks to decide I'f they would even take me so then I went back to dr on base and found out they denied me, so now my dr on base says he don't know what to do that I need to find a neurologist and he'd out the federal in for me. I'm at my wits end and in extreme amount of pain they won't give me any meds since I had disc fusion in dec and have been on lortab since which don't work at all and I feel like the military isn't helping me. I can barely walk can't work lost my job over this can hardly make my bills and don't know what to do! Please help! What can I do next, I'm a military dependent and I don't know where else to go went to er twice and they won't do anything either just sent me away. I just need out of pain. I can't sleep I'm starting to get ( sorry graphic) constipated now and I'm totally lost I think it's gotten worse but they won't do another MRI. Please any advise would help thanks

I am Sikh Indian girl. He is Pakistani muslim boy. I have known him since my junior yr in high school he was a senior then. Now he is a freshman in college. I am a senior. I will be going to his college in 3 months.So I say I am freshman and he's a sophomore in college now. I am the only girl who's indian her friend rest are boys he is not gay he just said that he does not need that many girls?, He was in my class junior yr. He always looked at me? But we were not friends than. But now he is in college. I send him a friend request on facebook. He accepted me. I liked his 2 pics on facebook and he liked my whole picture album? I am the only Indian girl who is from his school and were in the same class too but we never talked.....we basically were not friends then..... we become friends on facebook. I asked him why did u accepted me to your list. I am your friend right??? He said yea. He chat with me like a 1 or 2 hours??? Now I told him I will chat with him in 2 weeks or earlier lol! Cuz I chatted with him 2 days in a row.

Does this sound like a good Trinidadian breakfast menu?

hello all. im from NYC and my hubby is from trinidad. tomorrow's his birthday and i want to put together a surprise breakfast of Trinidadian foods for him and invite a few of his close buddies. the menu thus far is coconut bake, shark, fried okra, cornmeal porridge and milo to drink. does all of these items work well together? should I change, omit or add anything else? are there any other ideas for a breakfast that I could put together? please all suggestions are welcome.

Its hard to tell, did he seem like he was joking around? And I think he was just being a jerk. I've seen this kind of thing happen a lot to Muslim friends of mine. Esp at bars and places where people are less inhibited then usual. Its really sad but there are some people who are just idiots and there's not much you can do about that.
